Cancellation Policy
There is a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: I value our time together. When you make an appointment, I set aside time to provide a sacred space for you and I to connect with Spirit. Unexpected events happen, so if you must cancel or need to reschedule – please do so as soon as possible. Appointments will not be considered reserved and confirmed until full payment is received. Confirmed Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum 48 hour advance notice. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for any cancellation not made within 48 hours of the actual appointment time. Personal emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis. You agree a “no-show” or missed appointment automatically waives your right to a refund. You agree that finalizing your booking with Liv Evidential virtually confirms an authorized transaction on your credit or debit card (card not physically present) or other payment methods. Refund Policy
There is a No Refund Policy:
Liv Evidential offers Personalized Guidance and Mediumship Services, due to the individulized nature of each appointment type and session, there are No Refunds for Services rendered. The No Refund policy is inclusive and in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in the 48 hour Cancellation policy above. Additionally, you will have the right to review and decline the Terms and Conditions during the Appointment scheduling and payment checkout process. By checking the box, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed, and your agreement is further confirmed as understood upon providing payment to secure your Appointment.
